- Subscription cancellations stop future renewals.
- Project cancellations may incur charges for work already completed.
- Any outstanding invoices remain payable.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing generally takes between 7 and 21 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
- Transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted where permitted by law.
